Every order is made up and shipped by our EU partner lab. Please allow 2 or more working days for your order to be prepared, then typically 4 to 7 working days for delivery to the UK and around 6 working days within the EU. In total that is usually 6 to 10 working days.
We'll email you when your order has shipped. If you haven't heard from us within 5 working days of ordering, please get in touch.
Orders ship from inside the EU. For deliveries to the UK, if you have any questions about import charges before you order, email hello@norvaskincare.com and we'll confirm for your order.
Occasionally couriers experience delays beyond our control (severe weather, busy periods such as January). If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
If anything about your delivery looks wrong, a missing item or damage in transit, email hello@norvaskincare.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
